Five sectors.
Deep expertise.
AOG supports the environments where compliance, continuity and presentation matter most. Construction, education, housing, commercial estates and industrial logistics, delivered through one coordinated operating model.
Why sector knowledge matters
The compliance demands are different. So is AOG.
Each sector carries a different operating environment, risk profile and compliance burden. AOG builds the service around those requirements rather than forcing every client into the same model.
One management structure can coordinate security, FM and cleaning, construction support, vacant property and fire protection where the scope requires it.
Sector compliance, built in
- Construction: competence, RAMS, access and programme control
- Education: safeguarding, vetting and occupied-site working
- Housing: resident safety, void evidence and fire compliance
- Commercial & FM: SLA control, reporting and statutory records
- Industrial & Logistics: vehicle movement, yard safety and 24/7 operations
Sectors we serve
Five sectors in detail
One operator across the estate
Sector 01Construction
Security, CSCS labour, traffic management, welfare, cleaning and fire-protection support around the build, coordinated through one AOG delivery team.
Construction procurement at Tier 1 level requires subcontractors to carry CSCS-carded operatives, current RAMS documentation and a compliance record that satisfies principal contractor CDM obligations. AOG site documentation is produced to Tier 1 standard and can be uploaded directly to contractor management platforms.
Sector 02Education
Cleaning, security, grounds, maintenance and fire-protection support for schools, colleges and education estates, programmed around safeguarding, term dates and occupied hours.
Academy trusts purchase services under public procurement frameworks and are subject to increasing scrutiny on contractor compliance. Role-appropriate vetting and safeguarding controls, matched to each assignment, are documented and available for due diligence review without a site visit.
Cheltenham College. Boarding accommodation cleaned to occupancy standard before handover.
Sector 03Housing
Void security, turnaround, communal cleaning, estate security and fire-protection support across housing portfolios, coordinated from first inspection through relet and ongoing occupation.
The full void lifecycle runs as one workflow, not a chain of separate suppliers: secure and protect, inspect, clear, repair and decorate, clean, confirm fire compliance, then relet and manage. One operator carries the property from identification through to occupation.
Priors Hall Park, Corby. Six years of multi-service support on a major residential development.
Sector 04Commercial and FM
Cleaning, security, front of house, maintenance, project support and fire protection for offices, managed estates and commercial portfolios, coordinated through one operating structure.
Commercial property managers are assessed on occupier satisfaction and estate presentation. A single-management model reduces multi-supplier coordination friction and provides one compliance record across cleaning, security, maintenance and fire-protection scopes.
Coventry Building Society. A 20+ unit national framework, followed by ongoing headquarters support.
Sector 05Industrial and logistics
Security, warehouse cleaning, traffic management, labour and site logistics for distribution centres, industrial units and multi-building estates, from construction handover into live operation.
Logistics estates run on tight occupancy dates and constant vehicle movement, so the risks that matter are handover deadlines and yard traffic. AOG builders-clean and gate-security teams work around live trades and scheduled deliveries on the same site.
Symmetry Park, Kettering. Gate security, traffic marshalling and labour across two warehouses.
Which divisions serve which sectors.
Services are selected against the site, risk, programme and contracted scope. Clients can appoint one division or combine several under one AOG operating structure.

What each sector demands from its contractors.
Sector-specific compliance is not an add-on. It is the baseline expectation at shortlisting stage.
Competence and controlled delivery
CSCS / role competency, RAMS, inductions, vehicle/pedestrian management and programme coordination.
Safeguarding and occupied-site control
Role-appropriate vetting, access procedures, term planning and work around teaching.
Resident safety and evidence
Void records, inspection trails, communal standards, access control and fire-safety evidence.
SLA and compliance visibility
Attendance, service audits, planned tasks, reactive actions and asset / certificate records.
24/7 operational continuity
Gate and yard control, vehicle movements, night security, warehouse-scale cleaning and occupancy deadlines.
