What this division does

Security that reports like the rest of the site.

AOG security sits inside the same operating model as cleaning, FM and construction support. One project manager owns the contract, one control room holds the keys and the camera feeds, and one weekly report covers every officer hour, patrol and incident.

That means a facilities lead is not chasing a separate guarding supplier for sign-off. The security line is on the same covenant, the same compliance ledger and the same point of contact as everything else AOG runs on the site.

Royal Mail hub, Rugby: one operator for 3.5 years.

AOG started on gate manning, security and police liaison, with CCTV-supported evidence for every incident. The same account expanded into welfare, cleaning, COVID marshalling and construction-support labour, all run under the one weekly report.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Are your security officers SIA licensed?

Yes. Every officer we deploy holds a valid SIA licence for the role they perform, whether that is manned guarding, door supervision or CCTV operation. We screen and vet to BS 7858 before anyone is placed on your site, and licence status is checked at deployment and monitored for expiry throughout the contract.

How quickly can you mobilise a manned guarding contract?

For a standard static or mobile requirement we can have vetted officers on site within 24 to 72 hours of a signed instruction. Urgent void or incident cover can often be arranged same day through the operations desk. Larger multi-site contracts follow a scoped mobilisation plan agreed with you in advance.

Do you provide out of hours and emergency response cover?

Yes. Mobile patrols, key holding and alarm response run around the clock, backed by a control room and a named escalation contact. You receive incident reports with timestamps and, where relevant, bodycam or CCTV evidence, so there is a clear audit trail for every visit and every response.

Can you cover multiple sites under one security contract?

We do this routinely. One contract, one project manager and one consolidated report cover an entire portfolio, with local officers assigned to each location. It gives you a single point of accountability and consistent standards across every site rather than a patchwork of local suppliers.

What technology do you combine with manned guarding?

We blend officers with CCTV, remote monitoring, access control and mobile patrol to hold the same standard at lower cost than guarding alone. Where a site suits it, we will propose a technology led model and show you the coverage and the saving before you commit.
