Founded Ascent Onsite Group and owns the single-covenant model across all five divisions. Personally accountable on every contract, from the first conversation to the final report.

Matthew Judge

Chief Executive Officer

Leads day-to-day operations and holds the compliance framework across the group. Owns the accreditation ledger, audit trail and RAMS sign-off that keeps every contract watertight.

Accounts Manager

Keeps the financial engine running across the group. Manages billing, credit control and contract reporting, making sure every invoice is accurate and every client account is kept in order.

Division leads

The leads on the ground.

Each division has a named lead who answers to the contract project manager, so the single point of accountability holds all the way down. Some leads carry more than one division, and DefendX, our fire protection brand, is led at group level.
