Commercial Manager

The role

We are building out the commercial function to lead tenders, frameworks and client accounts across security, FM, construction, vacant property and fire protection. You will own pricing on new opportunities, build the relationships with main contractors, quantity surveyors and project managers that bring repeat work, and represent AOG commercially from first enquiry through to contract award.

What you will do

• Price tenders, frameworks and ad-hoc quotes across all five AOG divisions
• Build and maintain relationships with main contractors, QSs and client project managers
• Lead or support tender submissions, PQQs and framework applications
• Identify upsell and cross-division opportunities within existing client accounts
• Work with divisional directors to keep pricing competitive and margins protected

What you need

• A working understanding of the UK construction and FM industry
• Experience pricing or estimating multi-service contracts, tenders or frameworks
• Confident building relationships with contractors, QSs and client stakeholders
• Commercially numerate, comfortable with contract documentation and margin analysis
• A full UK driving licence
