CSCS Site Operative
Work across active build sites UK-wide as part of an integrated AOG site support team, CSCS card in hand.
The role
You will be deployed on active construction sites across the UK, working as part of an AOG construction support team. Tasks vary by contract but include traffic management, gatehouse duties, logistics support and site clearance.
What you will do
- Traffic marshal duties for HGV and plant movements on live build sites
- Gatehouse access control, visitor logging and induction checks
- Welfare unit management and site supply logistics
- Site setup and clearance at mobilisation and closedown
- Complete AOG Ops job sheets and handover reports each shift
What you need
- A current CSCS card in an appropriate trade or labourer category
- The right to work in the UK
- Experience on live construction sites
- NPORS traffic marshal certification is an advantage

SIA Security Officer
Staff static and mobile patrol posts on AOG client sites across Birmingham and the West Midlands. SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding licence required.
Mobile Cleaning Supervisor
Manage mobile cleaning teams across multiple sites, coordinate scheduling via the AOG Ops app and ensure BICSc standards are maintained at every visit.
Contract Project Manager
Oversee multi-division contracts from mobilisation through to closeout. You will be the single point of accountability for the client and all AOG teams on site.
