How quickly will I get a quote after enquiring?
A division lead responds within one working day to confirm scope, and you receive a written, line itemised quote within 48 hours of that scoping call. Your enquiry goes straight to the person responsible for delivery, not a call centre, so nothing is lost in handover.
How fast can you mobilise once we accept?
For most services we mobilise within 24 to 72 hours of a signed instruction, and urgent security or void cover can often start same day. On acceptance your dedicated project manager is named and on site mobilisation begins within the window we agreed in the quote.
Can one contract cover several services or multiple sites?
Yes, and this is where we add the most value. Security, FM and cleaning, construction support, vacant property and fire protection can sit under one contract with one project manager and one consolidated report, whether that is a single building or a national portfolio.
What service levels and reporting will we get?
We agree measurable SLAs at the start, covering response times, audit scores and compliance completion, and report against them monthly with a named account manager. Where you want it, you get a live view of jobs and performance rather than waiting for the monthly meeting.
