Regional delivery, backed by national mobilisation. Our strongest directly managed coverage is across the Midlands, North West and Yorkshire. In London, the South and Wales we operate a deliberately controlled footprint, supported by remote technology and project-specific mobilisation. For longer-term contracts, frameworks and multi-site programmes, AOG recruits and deploys locally, giving clients a scalable UK-wide service without overstating a permanent local headcount.
Indicative mobilisation capacity. Final resourcing is agreed against scope, geography and contract duration. Technology-led security can be deployed nationally.

Frequently asked questions
Can you provide integrated FM across a commercial-property portfolio?
Yes. AOG can combine cleaning, security, front of house, planned and reactive maintenance, project support and fire-protection services under one account structure. Clients can start with one service and expand the scope as the portfolio or contract develops.
How do you handle SLAs and reporting?
We agree measurable service levels at mobilisation and report against the items that matter to the client: attendance, completion, audit results, compliance actions, incidents and outstanding tasks. The reporting frequency can be weekly operationally and monthly for formal contract review.
Do you manage front of house alongside security and cleaning?
Yes. Front of house can be integrated with security and cleaning where the operating model suits the building. Roles and responsibilities remain clearly defined, while management, escalation and reporting sit under one coordinated service.
How do you keep a commercial building compliant?
We schedule and evidence the services within our contracted scope and maintain a clear record of inspections, planned tasks, remedials and certificates. Specialist statutory services are delivered through appropriately competent providers and recorded against the asset or building.
Can you take over an existing FM contract without disrupting occupants?
Yes. We plan mobilisation around the existing service, staff transfer considerations where applicable, asset information, access arrangements and priority risks. A transition plan is agreed before go-live so essential services continue while reporting and standards move onto the AOG structure.
How do you manage TUPE when taking over an existing FM contract?
Where TUPE applies, AOG plans the transfer as part of mobilisation, working with the incumbent employer and client to obtain the required employee information, consultation records and operational detail. The transfer is managed against the applicable employment requirements and agreed mobilisation programme, with continuity of service treated as a priority.
Can you support an empty or partially vacant commercial building?
Yes. Vacant units and buildings can be supported with inspections, temporary CCTV, mobile patrols, keyholding, cleaning and basic property-preservation measures until they are reoccupied, refurbished or disposed of.
Do you offer out-of-hours and weekend services?
Yes. Cleaning, security, project works and selected maintenance activities can be scheduled outside normal occupied hours to minimise disruption, subject to the agreed contract and access arrangements.
Can you support portfolios outside the Midlands?
Yes. Core directly managed strength is concentrated through the Midlands and North, with controlled coverage in London, the South and Wales. Longer-term portfolio contracts can be supported through local recruitment and dedicated mobilisation plans.
Can we contract only one service rather than full integrated FM?
Yes. AOG does not require clients to buy the whole group. Individual services can be contracted separately, with the option to consolidate further services later if that creates operational or commercial value.
