This policy explains how Ascent Onsite Group Ltd (“AOG”, “we”) collects and uses personal data when you use our website, request a quote, apply for a role, or work with us under contract. We follow the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
1. Who we are
Ascent Onsite Group Ltd is the data controller. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 12386048, with our registered office at Unit 4 Ground Floor, The Cobalt Centre, Siskin Parkway East, Coventry CV3 4PE. Our data protection contact is set out in section 8.
2. What we collect
- Enquiry data, such as your name, company, email, phone number and the details of your enquiry.
- Recruitment data, such as your CV, work history, right-to-work status and any licence numbers you provide.
- Website data, such as cookies and analytics identifiers. See our cookie policy.
3. How we use it
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and tenders, assess job applications, deliver our contracted services, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell your data.
4. Lawful basis
We rely on legitimate interests to respond to business enquiries, consent for marketing emails, contract to deliver services we have agreed, and legal obligation where the law requires us to keep records.
5. Sharing
We share data with trusted processors who help us operate, including our email platform (Brevo) and spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). Each is bound by a data processing agreement. We may share data with regulators or law enforcement where we are legally required to.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and recruitment data for no longer than is necessary for the purpose it was collected, unless you ask us to remove it sooner, and contract records for as long as the law requires.

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your data, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
