One operator.
Five divisions.
One covenant.
Ascent Onsite Group runs security, FM and cleaning, construction support, vacant property and fire protection across the UK. One project manager owns the contract. One weekly report covers every site.
Plate · West Midlands siteBuilt to run the whole site, not one line of it.
AOG was founded to fix a problem facilities and construction buyers know well. Most sites run on a stack of separate suppliers, one for cleaning, one for guarding, one for labour, each with its own contact, invoice and report. Coordination becomes the client's job.
We took the opposite position. AOG delivers five divisions under a single covenant, with one project manager accountable for the lot and one weekly report that covers every officer hour, clean, patrol and incident. The client manages a relationship, not a supply chain.
That operating model is the company. Everything else, the accreditations, the field app, the compliance ledger, exists to keep that single point of accountability honest.

Four standards we run every contract against.
Not a values poster. These are the things a procurement manager can hold us to from the first week of mobilisation.
We do what we say
No overselling at tender, then a different service on mobilisation. The contract and the delivery match, and the weekly report proves it.
Outcomes before features
We lead with what changes on site, compliance held, voids turned, incidents closed, not a list of capabilities. The numbers carry the argument.
One point of accountability
One project manager owns the contract across all five divisions. When something needs answering, there is a name, not a ticket queue.
Compliance is non-negotiable
Accreditations are maintained, not collected. RAMS, audit trails and certificates live in one ledger the client can see at any time.
A partner for scale
As an estate grows, the model holds. Add a division or a region without adding a new supplier relationship to manage.
UK English, plain answers
Tender documents and reports a buyer can read in ten seconds. No jargon, no filler, real figures with a date attached.
From one division to five.
A short record of how the operating model came together.
AOG founded
Started as a single security and manned-guarding operation in the West Midlands, built around SIA-licensed officers and a 24/7 control room.
FM and cleaning added
Clients asked us to take on cleaning and planned maintenance on the same sites we already guarded. The single-covenant model started here.
Construction support and vacant property added
Added CSCS labour, traffic management and void-securing services to cover sites through build, occupation and turnaround.
DefendX fire protection launched
Launched the fire-protection division as its own brand, covering passive fire-stopping, fire doors and risk assessments.
AOG Ops field app rolled out
Rolled out the field-team app so job sheets, RAMS sign-off and incident reports feed one live compliance ledger from any site.
The credentials behind the covenant.
Maintained, audited and available to view. Reference numbers are verified against the certificates.
One name on every contract.
The leadership team carries the single point of accountability the model depends on.

Commercial team
We're growingWe're building out the commercial function to lead tenders, frameworks and client accounts. If you want to help us win and deliver work like this, see open roles.

Summer Vil Sarcos
Accounts ManagerKeeps the financial engine running across the group. Manages billing, credit control and contract reporting, making sure every invoice is accurate and every client account is kept in order.

Community and social value.
AOG's social value commitment runs past the sites we manage. At Easter 2025, the team visited Coventry University Hospital to deliver chocolate donations for the children and families on the ward, one of the ways AOG people give back to the communities where we operate.
Social value is scored into every framework and tender response AOG submits, mapped to PPN 002 and TOMs outcomes, not treated as a separate initiative from the day-to-day contract.
