Regional delivery, backed by national mobilisation. Our strongest directly managed coverage is across the Midlands, North West and Yorkshire. In London, the South and Wales we operate a deliberately controlled footprint, supported by remote technology and project-specific mobilisation. For longer-term contracts, frameworks and multi-site programmes, AOG recruits and deploys locally, giving clients a scalable UK-wide service without overstating a permanent local headcount.
Indicative mobilisation capacity. Final resourcing is agreed against scope, geography and contract duration. National technology coverage: temporary CCTV, monitored detection and remote security can be deployed beyond our core labour regions.

Frequently asked questions
Can you turn around a new-build warehouse from construction to occupancy?
Yes. AOG can deliver builders and sparkle cleaning across warehouse and office areas, including high-level and specialist cleaning where required. We programme the clean around remaining trades and the occupancy date so completed zones can be released progressively.
Do you provide gate security and traffic marshalling on logistics developments?
Yes. Gate control, vehicle and visitor logging, traffic marshals, yard management, CCTV and night security can be combined under one coordinated plan. This is particularly useful on multi-unit developments with live deliveries and several contractors moving through the same access points.
Can construction-support labour sit on the same contract as security or cleaning?
Yes. CSCS labour, traffic marshals, logistics support, cleaning and security can be contracted individually or combined, with one project manager and consolidated reporting where the scope benefits from an integrated approach.
Do you work across multi-building logistics estates?
Yes. We can operate across a single warehouse, several units on one development or a wider managed logistics estate. Standards, escalation and reporting can be set centrally while each unit retains its own programme and site instructions.
Can you provide temporary CCTV to warehouses and logistics developments?
Yes. Temporary CCTV and monitored detection can protect compounds, yards, buildings under construction and vacant units. It can be used on its own or blended with manned guarding, patrols and response depending on risk.
Can you provide high-level warehouse cleaning?
Yes. AOG can provide high-level and specialist cleaning for warehouse structures, ledges, services and other difficult-to-reach areas using the appropriate access and vacuum systems for the task.
Can you support the transition from construction to a live distribution operation?
Yes. That transition is a key AOG use case. Construction-support labour and traffic management can reduce as the project closes, while final cleaning, security and selected FM services move into the operational phase under the same management structure.
Can you cover logistics sites outside your core regions?
Yes. Our strongest directly managed resource is in the Midlands, North West and Yorkshire. London, the South and Wales are served through controlled deployment, while CCTV can be deployed nationally. For longer-term contracts we can recruit locally and build a dedicated team around the site or estate.
Do you cover night shifts and 24/7 operations?
Yes, subject to the contracted scope and mobilisation plan. Security and selected support services can be rostered around 24/7 warehouse operations, including nights, weekends and peak periods.
