Services by division

What we deliver on a construction site.

Each AOG division mapped to its specific construction deliverables. One contract covers any combination. AOG's fifth division, Vacant Property, also supports post-completion, mothballed or stalled units awaiting occupation.

Where we operate

Construction coverage.

Regional delivery, backed by national mobilisation. Our strongest directly managed coverage is across the Midlands, North West and Yorkshire. In London, the South and Wales we operate a deliberately controlled footprint, supported by remote technology and project-specific mobilisation. For longer-term contracts, frameworks and multi-site programmes, AOG recruits and deploys locally, giving clients a scalable UK-wide service without overstating a permanent local headcount.

Indicative mobilisation capacity. Final resourcing is agreed against scope, geography and contract duration. Technology-led security can be deployed nationally.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What services do you provide to construction sites?

AOG provides the operational support around the build: site security, CCTV, gate and access control, traffic marshalling, CSCS labour, logistics, welfare support, builders cleans, sparkle cleans and fire-protection works. Clients can appoint one service or combine several under one AOG delivery structure, reducing the number of suppliers the site team has to coordinate.

Can you secure a construction site against theft and trespass?

Yes. We build the security model around the site's risk, programme and operating hours. That can include SIA-licensed officers, temporary CCTV, monitored detection, mobile patrols, gate control and out-of-hours response. Where technology can reduce unnecessary manned hours without reducing protection, we will recommend it.

How do you flex resource as the programme changes?

We resource against the live programme rather than a fixed headcount. Labour, traffic management, cleaning and security can be increased, reduced or re-phased as the project moves from mobilisation through peak construction and into handover, subject to agreed notice periods and role availability.

Do you provide builders and sparkle cleans for handover?

Yes. AOG provides through-build cleaning, builders cleans and final sparkle cleans for commercial, residential, industrial and mixed-use schemes. We programme the clean around remaining trades and handover dates so areas can be released in sequence rather than waiting for the entire project to finish.

Can AOG support Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractor compliance requirements?

Yes. We can provide the relevant operative cards, RAMS, insurance and accreditation evidence required for onboarding and PQQ review. Site-specific documentation is prepared against the contracted scope and principal contractor requirements.

Can you provide CCTV instead of permanent overnight guards?

Often, yes. Where the risk assessment supports it, temporary monitored CCTV and detection can provide a more efficient out-of-hours solution, with escalation and response arrangements agreed in advance. Higher-risk sites can combine technology with manned guarding.

Can you mobilise outside the Midlands?

Yes. Our strongest directly managed coverage is in the Midlands, North West and Yorkshire, but AOG supports projects across England and Wales. For longer-term contracts we can recruit and deploy locally, while CCTV and other technology-led security can be deployed nationally.

Can several AOG services sit under one order or contract?

Yes. A construction client can combine security, labour, traffic management, logistics, cleaning, vacant-property and fire-protection requirements under one commercial relationship, with agreed responsibility and consolidated reporting.
