Mobile Cleaning Supervisor
Lead mobile cleaning teams across the West Midlands, keeping quality standards consistent across every contract.
The role
You will manage a team of mobile cleaners covering multiple client sites across the West Midlands. Working directly with the divisional FM manager, you will be responsible for rotas, quality audits and direct line management of your operatives.
What you will do
- Plan and manage mobile cleaning rotas across a portfolio of sites
- Conduct quality audits against BICSc and client specifications
- Coordinate with the AOG Ops app for scheduling and sign-off
- Induct new cleaning operatives and maintain training records
- Report to the FM divisional manager and attend monthly contract reviews
What you need
- Experience managing a cleaning team, ideally in a mobile or multi-site operation
- Knowledge of BICSc or equivalent cleaning standards
- A full UK driving licence
- Confident with mobile app-based scheduling tools

SIA Security Officer
Staff static and mobile patrol posts on AOG client sites across Birmingham and the West Midlands. SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding licence required.
CSCS Site Operative
Support main contractors across active construction sites. CSCS card required. Tasks include traffic management, logistics and site clearance.
Contract Project Manager
Oversee multi-division contracts from mobilisation through to closeout. You will be the single point of accountability for the client and all AOG teams on site.
