SIA Security Officer

The role

You will protect AOG client sites across the West Midlands, from construction compounds to commercial premises. Some posts are static, some are mobile patrol, and many run as part of a wider AOG contract that also covers cleaning, FM and labour. You will be the visible face of AOG on that site.

What you will do

• Staff static guarding posts and mobile patrols on days or nights
• Control access, check credentials and keep accurate gate records
• Respond to alarms and incidents, and escalate through one clear chain
• Log activity, sign-off and incident reports in the AOG Ops app
• Work alongside the AOG site project manager and other divisions on site

What you need

• A valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding licence
• The right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
• Reliability and a professional manner. You are the brand on site
• A full UK driving licence is helpful for mobile patrol posts, not essential
