
Contract Project Manager
The single point of accountability across security, FM, construction and vacant-property contracts, from mobilisation to closeout.
The role
You will own multi-division contracts from day one, acting as the single interface between the client and every AOG team on site. This is a commercially focused role that combines operational coordination, quality management and client relationship management.
What you will do
- Mobilise new contracts across security, FM, construction and vacant-property divisions
- Own the weekly client report and SLA performance against contract
- Manage subcontractor and divisional team performance on site
- Identify and convert upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Attend site meetings, reviews and tender presentations on behalf of AOG
What you need
- Experience managing multi-service or multi-division contracts in FM, security or construction
- Demonstrable commercial awareness and client management skills
- Confident with contract documentation, RAMS and compliance records
- A full UK driving licence

Support main contractors across active construction sites. CSCS card required. Tasks include traffic management, logistics and site clearance.
