DBS-cleared site teams, audited standards, consistent every shift.

Daily contract cleaning, run inside the AOG operating model.

Daily contract cleaning sits inside the same AOG account as security, construction support and vacant property. One project manager owns the contract. One helpdesk takes the calls. One weekly report covers every visit, task and reactive job.

You take the service on its own, or alongside the rest of the FM division. The covenant, the compliance ledger and the point of contact stay the same either way.

Day and out-of-hours contract cleaning for offices, schools, housing communal areas and managed estates. Every site runs to a written spec, consumables are managed, and each site is audited weekly with corrective actions tracked to closure.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How do you calculate how many cleaning hours a building needs?

Hours are set from a site survey covering floor area, occupancy, area types, frequency requirements and the standard you want held, then written into a cleaning specification. That specification is what we audit against, rather than a verbal brief that drifts over time.

Can cleaners work during occupied hours?

Yes, where that suits the building better than an out-of-hours visit. Daytime, twilight or hosted cleaning can be scheduled around how the building is actually used, with the aim of a clean environment with the least disruption to your people.

Who supplies cleaning chemicals, equipment and consumables?

AOG manages consumables and replenishment on cycle as part of the contract, so washrooms and supply points are stocked without you having to raise a separate order.

How do you measure cleaning quality?

Each site is audited weekly against the written cleaning specification, with scores and photographic evidence rather than an informal check. Corrective actions from any audit are tracked through to closure and appear in the account review.

What happens when the regular cleaner is absent?

Cover is arranged from the wider team so the site is not left unattended, and any change is visible in the weekly reporting rather than simply being missed.

Can one contract cover several buildings?

Yes. Multi-site cleaning is run under one contract, one project manager and one consolidated report, which is how AOG has delivered programmes such as the 60-store Costa Coffee cleaning contract to a single written specification.
