The brief

Six years of multi-service support on a major strategic residential development.

01

A new community at significant scale

Priors Hall Park is a major strategic development at Corby. Urban&Civic describes the wider site as approximately 965 acres, planned for 4,320 new homes alongside schools, employment space, local centres, open space and walking and cycling infrastructure.

AOG’s role sits within that wider development programme, providing operational support and resource as construction activity, access requirements and site priorities have changed over time.

02

Supporting a development that does not stand still

Large residential developments change continuously. New phases open, access routes move, labour requirements rise and fall, and security and logistics arrangements must adapt around live construction and an emerging community.

For AOG, the requirement has not been a single mobilisation. It has been to remain useful over the long term, providing the right operational support as project needs have evolved.

03

Six service areas, one long-term operational relationship

Labour supply: site resource aligned to live programme requirements as demand changed across project phases.

CCTV: technology-led site protection supporting security across active areas of the development.

Traffic management: traffic marshals and movement control supporting vehicles, deliveries and changing access arrangements.

Gatemen: controlled site access and gate support across live construction activity.

Plant operatives: qualified plant operatives supplied against changing project and programme demand.

Cleaning: welfare and project cleaning supporting day-to-day site operations and changing phases of delivery.

04

Six years, different phases, one continuing relationship

The strongest proof point at Priors Hall is not a single short-term mobilisation. It is continuity. AOG has remained involved for six years, flexing service lines and resource around the needs of a development designed to progress over many years.

Adaptability: service mix changes with the programme rather than forcing the site into a fixed operating model.

Continuity: long-term involvement retains project knowledge and reduces repeated mobilisation from scratch.

Breadth: labour, security technology, access, plant and cleaning can sit within one wider operational relationship.

05

Continuity across a changing development

6 years: long-term AOG involvement. 6 service areas: multiple operational disciplines delivered across the relationship. Multi-phase: resource adapted as project requirements changed. Coordinated AOG support: labour, access, security technology, plant and cleaning delivered through the wider AOG relationship.
