Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting tradespeople and site managers with general tasks
• Loading and unloading deliveries of materials and equipment
• Keeping the site clean, tidy, and hazard-free
• Moving and setting up site equipment, fencing, and barriers
• Following instructions and communicating with supervisors
• Performing general site maintenance and minor repair work
• Supporting in erecting scaffolding, platforms, or temporary structures
• Reporting any issues, damages, or hazards to the site supervisor

Essential Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
• Right to work in the UK
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual labour
• Reliable and punctual with good timekeeping
• Basic understanding of health & safety on site
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Able to follow instructions and work within a team

Desirable Skills & Qualifications

• Manual Handling or Working at Height training (preferred)
• Previous experience on a busy construction site
• Familiarity with tools and light machinery
• First Aid qualification (advantageous)
