The challenge
A national housing association managing a portfolio of over 8,000 properties required a responsive vacant property protection service across its North West stock, during a period of portfolio rationalisation with elevated trespass and fly-tipping risk.
Our approach

Monitoring combined periodic physical checks and wireless alarm systems, with all events logged in the AOG Ops field app and visible to the client's asset management team in real time.
The result
412 voids were secured across the North West portfolio in 2025, each moving to a 5-day repaint-and-relet turnaround once cleared. The alarmed monitoring regime held trespass and fly-tipping incidents to a fraction of the levels seen before the contract began.
