The brief

AOG Security provides 24/7 key holding, alarm response and twice-nightly mobile patrol for a 12-unit retail park. Zero security incidents across 14 months of live contract.

01

The challenge

The property management company for a 12-unit retail park in Nottinghamshire required a key holding and mobile patrol service following a run of three break-in incidents in seven months, with no on-site overnight security and a slow prior alarm response time.

02

Our approach

AOG Security took on key holding for all 12 units and targeted a 20-minute alarm response. Twice-nightly mobile patrols were added at varied times to prevent predictable scheduling, each logged through the AOG Ops field app with waypoints and a photographic record.

03

The result

Zero break-ins have been recorded across 14 months of live contract, down from three incidents in the seven months prior. Alarm response has held consistently inside the 20-minute target, and the management company has extended AOG's remit to include out-of-hours contractor access.
