A principal contractor delivering a £42m mixed-use development in Solihull required a reliable supply of CSCS-carded general operatives and specialist trades across a 36-week programme, peaking at 210 operatives on site, with zero tolerance for non-compliant access.

AOG Construction Support verified every operative's CSCS card status, type and expiry before deployment. The operative pool covered 14 trade categories, with AOG managing the daily allocation of up to 210 operatives across four work packages against the weekly forecast.
