SIA Security Officer (Lincoln and Weybridge)

The role

You will protect AOG client sites in Lincoln and Weybridge, including active construction sites, working 12-hour shifts that include nights. You will be the visible face of AOG on site, so a calm, professional manner matters as much as the licence.

What you will do

• Staff static guarding posts and patrols across a 12-hour shift.
• Control access, check credentials and keep accurate records.
• Respond to alarms and incidents, and escalate through one clear chain.
• Log activity and incident reports accurately.
• Hand over clearly to the next shift and the site team.

What you need

• A valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding licence.
• Availability for 12-hour shifts, including nights.
• Good spoken English and a professional manner.
• The right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history.
