Construction Site Manager

Your remit

You will manage the day-to-day delivery of an agreed construction project, coordinating subcontractors, monitoring the programme and maintaining effective communication with the client and AOG. Your responsibilities and authority will be defined for the individual appointment.

What you will lead

• Plan daily and short-term site activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors and monitor progress against the programme.
• Implement and monitor site safety arrangements within your remit.
• Maintain quality inspections, site records and progress reporting.
• Identify delivery risks and agree practical actions.
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors and AOG operations.
• Coordinate inspections, completion and handover.

Experience you bring

• Successful delivery of comparable construction projects.
• Confidence managing subcontractors, programme constraints and documentation.
• Sound judgement when priorities compete or conditions change.
• Clear communication with clients and site teams.
• Relevant management qualifications and cards appropriate to the project.
• The right to work in the UK.
