What can a vacant-property drone survey inspect?

When is a drone survey preferable to scaffolding or powered access?
A drone survey is preferable where speed, cost or access matter: it reaches roofs and elevations without the time or disruption of erecting scaffolding or a powered access platform.
What images or reports will we receive?
You receive high-resolution imagery and video with a full flight log, and a 3D site model is available as an output option where that is useful for planning, valuation or progress records.
Are there locations where a drone survey cannot be carried out?
Flights are only carried out where appropriately registered and qualified personnel hold the required CAA permissions for that location and flight plan. Where those conditions cannot be met, an alternative access method is used.
Can drone surveys be scheduled across a property portfolio?
Yes. Scheduled flights can track progress or condition across a portfolio, with outputs attached to each individual property record.
