This page explains how to delete your AOG Ops account and the personal data associated with it. It applies to the AOG Ops mobile app (iOS and Android) and the AOG Ops web application.

How to delete your account from within the app

  1. Open AOG Ops and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Scroll to Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the two-step prompt.

Your account is then permanently deleted and you are signed out immediately. This action cannot be undone.

How to request deletion without using the app

If you can no longer access the app, email support@ascentonsite.group from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account deletion request". We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

  • Your login credentials (authentication record).
  • Your personal profile: name, email address, phone number, profile photo, and emergency contact details.
  • Your personal app settings and preferences.
  • Personal records owned solely by your account.

What data is retained, and for how long

AOG Ops is a workplace tool used by organisations. Operational records you created on behalf of your organisation — inspections, work orders, timesheets, issues, assets, documents, and photos — belong to that organisation and may be retained by it for up to seven (7) years after your organisation's subscription ends, in line with UK record-keeping and health-and-safety obligations. These records are controlled by your organisation, not by you individually. To request deletion of organisation-owned records, contact your organisation administrator.
